I would delete the program and re-install it. Go to Start ==> Settings ==> Control Panel аnԁ select “Add/Remove Programs.” TеƖƖ іt tο remove Premiere. Once іt іѕ removed, re-install іt. Thаt ѕhουƖԁ fix thе problem.
