Now. Pretty much what your saying is, you want a whole new COMPUTER and you want to know if this graphic card you want to buy (I would get a better one, the one you want is a high end graphic card, but one of the lowest of it’s kind, I would get a Nvidia 9800GTX+, very nice card, and it’s only around $ 50 more, and it’s probably x3-x4 better.)
To make sure if your card will fit in your new computer, find the measurements of the graphic card, AND your case. I would also detuct about 1-2 Inches from the total length of the case, because the front of the case is where you enter the RAM. So find out the measurments of your case, and then deduct around 1-2′ inches. Then find out the measurements of the graphic card you want. (The 9800GTX+ is 12′, so you might need a big case). So just do what I said But seriously consider getting a better graphic card, the 9800GTX+ is very good and you will seriously like it a LOT better then the 9800GT, and it’s excellent for only $ 50 more!
