A laptop is not considered carry on luggage so you can bring both.

You can bring both. You’re allowed one carry on, plus one other item/bag.
Each passenger is allowed two items of hand luggage so I think your ok.
I brought a carrier bag and a laptop case and got through so I expect you shall as well.
Check with your airline, everytime I fly they only allow you one bag so i would say you could only take one bag, worth checking with the airline though
