Clean, simple and effective protection for my large laptop. Seems durable and well-made, external pockets stretch enough to hold my mouse and power supply handily.
Slips in my briefcase easily. Just enough product for the purpose.

I purchased the Built NY sleeve and another sleeve simultaneuosly – you simply could not compare the two. The quality of the Built NY was by far superior in almost every way. The zipper is stronger and sturdier, the padding is thicker and nicer. The extra pockets on the outside provide for the little something extra to store all the cable mess and to top it all off it was large enough to fit my HP pavillion 17″ snuggly and firmly enough that I felt that it was really protected and not just flopping around in a cover.

I just bought a new Lenovo T400 laptop, and I needed a sleeve to protect it while carrying it around in my backpack. My backpack has a dedicated section for laptops, but it’s a lot bigger than my laptop is, and I also wanted to keep dust, hairs, nasties away at the same time.
The T400 fits very nicely into the sleeve with just the right amount of tension keeping the sleeve on. Pulling it out is not a struggle and is quite easy. The 3 pockets are quite useful. I don’t have a mouse yet, but I stick my USB flash drive, headphones and occasionally my power adapter when I need to carry it around by itself. Obviously, it’s not a very good idea to stick a whole bunch of things in the pockets when you need it to be flat (like putting it into a laptop compartment in a bag).
The construction is sturdy and the seams are all done well. The neoprene thickness is about 5-6mm.
It also looks cool!

I bought this laptop sleeve for my 16″ Toshiba Satellite and it is a perfect fit! My laptop has an external battery and I was worried it wouldn’t close when I bought it, but there is plenty of room. The sleeve is very protective and fits great in a laptop tote or backpack. The cargo pockets are great for my external harddrive and power cords and the smallest pocket is perfect for my Ipod. Love love love this product and would recommend it to anyone!

I bought this for my 15 inch laptop and it was an extremely snug fit, I loved the case itself up until the point that the zipper teeth started falling out making it impossible to close(or Open in my case) and I had to rip the closure apart to get my laptop back out of case. It would be understandable for something to fall apart after a while…but not for actual individual teeth to come off of the zipper just 3 days after I got it. Really not worth the cash in my opinion. Maybe you could swing it with a 14″ laptop but it seems that 15″ is just too much for the case to handle regardless of what it advertises.
