The bag is just as described. I like the pockets and it fit most of my books. I was actually looking for something larger, but this one ended up working quite well. Also- LOVE the bottle holders on each side.

Bought this for my wife as she finishes grad school; she loves it. Lots of storage w/o looking bulky like some I have seen. Very durable as well.
