  • bdrizlee:

Nintendo Wii with games to give her something to do in her room.

Softball helmet to give her something to do outdoors – and protect her pretty face.

    1. Purple or green bean-bag chair for “my corner” in my room

oh and probably the WII as well

  • Mrs. Prince:

All the small stuff is a sure thing to get, but depending on how badly I begged for the computer, I might get it. And if I got the computer, definitely not the Wii or alarm clock or anything else over $ 50 each.

If I didn’t get the computer, I’d probably get all the other stuff.

  • Lindsay9455:

I’d probably get my daughter most of it except for only 1 big thing either the camera, the nintendo wii or the lap top…probably a little cheaper then 1300$ though.

  • blondie:

the bubbles, playdough, and trick yoyo!

  • jupiter:

if she’s really interested or could be interested in photography, i would get her a digital camera, and another not so expensive item that she can use more regularly, like item 21 or 12 or 19….
    Good luck :)

  • Leff_NutZ:

1, 3, 5, 11, 13, 15 and 19 You need to get the easy stuff, but also something she’ll really like.

  • ♪♫dnuoScisuMsthgiL♫♪:

    I’m not a parent, but I’m 17, so I’ll try to help.

That’s A LOT of stuff she wants! It probably amounts to well over two thousand dollars! My parents would never get me that much for Christmas. Not that I’m saying I wouldn’t want them to. :-P

I’d say don’t get her the lap top. She will be going to college in a couple of years and would probably just have to get a new, up-to-date one then anyways.

I would say get her all, or most of, the little things she wants, like play dough, bubbles, the CDs and the books, a few of the bigger things like the helmet, dumb bells and bean bag chair and either the camera or the Wii.

But that’s just me. I’m sure she won’t be disappointed with anything you get her. She probably doesn’t expect to get all that!

Best of luck and Happy Holidays!

  • had2laugh01:

bean bag chair, notepad, The Christian Babysitter’s Handbook, headphones, barlowgirl CD, tobymac CD, bubbles, trick yoyo, Bible, Playdo, alarm clock, camera, softball helmet, keyboard stand, and desk light, hairbrush, drink coaster

  • girlnextdoor:

She’s a little brat, no offense. I’d get her one big thing(camera, laptop,Wii) If you get the laptop, then get less of the little things. Bubbles, books, and Cd’s are okay. Maybe have her earn money by herself to get the other things. All of the things she wants would cost 5,000.

  • sanzoe:

If money is not an issue I would buy some of the smaller items and buy the computer. She will be able to use this for a fair amount of time and would be able to do the most things with it. School work, internet, music, and games. She has a great list with a lot of variety I would have a hard time choosing.

  • Alissa:

I’m not sure what your budget is but I would get her all of the little things and one big item. I would go with the camera

    1. Purple or green bean-bag chair for “my corner” in my room
    2. Non-sticky notepad to refill my desk note-holder
    3. Toning for Teens by Joyce L. Vedral ($ 8 on amazon)
    4. Sets of 2, 3, & 5 pound dumdbells
    5. The Christian Babysitters Handbook (Focus on the Family website $ 9)
    6. Soft earbud headphones that won’t hurt your ears or break after a month of use
    7. Barlowgirl: How Can We Be Silent CD
    9. Tobymac: Portable Sounds CD
    10. Bubbles
    11. Trick yoyo that sleeps
    12. MiniDV tapes for my camcorder
    13. Student Fire Bible
    14. 4-pack of Play-do
    17. (nice) Digital camera
    18. Softball Helmet w/ face guard
    19. stand for the keyboard she got last year
    20. Small ligth that is attachable to underneath cabinet above her desk
    21. round houded hard bristled hairbrush

Some of these items are very strange for a 16 year old though

  • derchimoose:

I would get everything except the laptop, drum set, and Nintendo Wii.

  • *Lovely 2*:

    id get her,
    5, 6, ,7 9, 11, 12, 13, 15, 17, 18, 19, 20, 21

  • Spongeluv11:

Wow she’s asking for some pretty expensive stuff.

  • Sammy Y:

main pressie- alarm clock thingymajig, other- bubbles, cd, hairbrush
    xx

  • rcButterfly:

I’d get her 17 as a big gift and a few of the other smaller gifts like 19, 1, 3, 4,
    stocking stuffers 2, 10, 5, 11, 12 and 21

  • Kyla:

I have never seen so much thought put into a Christmas list! Get her what you think she deserves without spending outside your means…she obviously has no concept of money at this point.

  • Me and You= TRUE LOVE:

most of them because she isnt asking for too much

  • madeline m:

I would probably get one of the nicer things (wii, camera, mac) and about 5 – 10 other small things.

  • rokgurl1:

Wow if my child ever gave me a list like that I would say she is a greedy brat. I know she isnt going to get it all but a laptop! A wii! Its a bit much. I would get her to pick one thing off the list she really wants and disgard the rest.

  • Chelsea ツ:

Everything.. except Apple Macbook laptop computer and Drum set. Probably not Play doh or bubbles either.

  • Katie K:

get her everything but the wii and the laptop

  • gonnawin:

depends…is there a family computer?, if so, she does not need her own,…or if she does, it doesn’t need to be a 1300 dollar one, i myself have a brand new one from best buy for 499. so, it would either be the 499 laptop or… the wii with games, or…..

bean bag, notepad, toning, dumbells, babysitter book, headphones, cd, bible, alarm clock combo, helmet and safe guard, light, hairbrush, camera or drum set, coasters, play doh, bubbles, tapes for camcorder.

with mine, if she got the comp…that would be the only thing she got, if she got the wii…it would be the only thing she got, and if instead she got all the other stuff, then there would be a choice between the camera and drum set….but not both.

  • hopefully helpful:

I would probably get her one of the expensive gifts and a few less expensive gifts.
    for example:
    digital camera,Student Fire Bible,bean bag,headphones,keyboard stand,play-doh
    or
    bean bag,notepad refill,alarm clock/radio/etc.,bubbles,CD
    or
    [if you can afford it]
    just the laptop

i think usually the one expensive gift and a few less expensive ones works best.
    that’st just me.

    best of luck!
    : )

  • Amanda:

I am 17, and I would never be so selfish as to ask for 23 things.

However, here’s what I would buy.
    1,2, 3 and 4 go together, 5, 6, 7 or 9 (but not both), 10, 14, 18(If she needs one) 20, and 21.

It should be about $ 100-$ 125 dollars, which is resonable I think.

  • dAyLiTe_DaNcEr:

when my list was that long i always marked them from what i wanted the most to what could wait. i highlighted the first important in pink, the 2nd important in yellow and what could wait in orange. so i think it would be easier if you told her to do something like that so you could get a better idea. if anything else, i’d get a few (if not one) big things and lots of cheaper things. pick one electronic since those are the most expensive then see what little things you can buy like the non-sticky notepads and the hairbrush and bible and bubbles. you know what im saying.

  • MAHMA *DUE iN APRiL*:

    6. Soft earbud headphones that won’t hurt your ears or break after a month of use

    19. stand for the keyboard she got last year
    20. Small ligth that is attachable to underneath cabinet above her desk
    21. round houded hard bristled hairbrush

and probably one of these too to be her BIG present.
    16. Nintendo Wii with game(s)
    17. (nice) Digital camera

    good luck and happy hoildays!

  • kaykayWife:

I would get her the Mac computer or the nintendo wii and then I would get her one of the other small presents like the bean bag or the light for her desk… Bsically one BIG present and one small cheap present.. If she’s a good daughter that has good grades or whatever.. She deserves it. but you cant go wrong with the Mac computer..

  • vballqueen22:

    I would probably say!!

    1,2,3,4,5,6,7or9,12,13,18,20,21!
And then as her big gift just either 8,15,16 one of those!!!
    I love barlow girls!!
    LOL!!
    <3
    ME

  • sweetjadedtears:

Off of the list here’s what I would get her:

    1. Purple or green bean-bag chair for “my corner” in my room

    5. The Christian Babysitters Handbook (Focus on the Family website $ 9)

    6. Soft earbud headphones that won’t hurt your ears or break after a month of use

    17. (nice) Digital camera

    18. Softball Helmet w/ face guard

    20. Small ligth that is attachable to underneath cabinet above her desk

That’s essentially what our christmas list looks like for our child…althogh if she has siblings it would be hard to buy all that stuff.

I would definately go with the laptop for sure, because she will need it for school, I know ours uses hers to type up all her essays and study.

    Merry Christmas!
